01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Overview & Services

By accessing or purchasing from SUNX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and corporate clients ordering custom embroidered apparel and promotional goods.

02. ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Logo Licensing & Digitizing

When submitting logos, designs, or artwork files for custom embroidery, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, and trademark permissions to reproduce the design. SUNX reserves the right to decline orders containing trademarked material without explicit authorization.

Proof Sign-Off

Digital proofs sent via email are binding. Approval confirms thread colors, sizing, spelling, and placement as final.

Embroidery Digitizing Files

Stitch files (.DST / .EMB) converted by our digitizers remain the proprietary production property of SUNX unless purchased separately.

Color & Thread Matching

Thread colors are matched as closely as possible to standard embroidery charts. Minor variances may occur compared to digital screen RGB/CMYK representations.

03. PAYMENT & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Pricing & Order Authorization

Payment in full is required at the time of order placement or proof confirmation. Once artwork proofs are approved and production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or canceled without incurring digitizing or garment staging fees.

04. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SUNX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or unforeseen transit disruptions. Our maximum liability for any claim is strictly limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.
