01. ORDER FULFILLMENT WORKFLOW

Production & Proof Approval Timelines

Because all items are custom-embroidered to your exact specifications, production timelines begin after artwork approval, not at the moment of checkout:

Step 1 Digital Proofing (24 Hours)

Our digitizers convert your logo into a stitch file and email a digital proof for review within 1 business day.

Step 2 Embroidery & QC (7–10 Business Days)

Once you approve your proof, your garments enter production on our commercial embroidery heads.

Step 3 Dispatch & Tracking (2–5 Business Days)

Your order is inspected, packed, and handed off to standard ground transit with live tracking generated automatically.

As soon as your shipment is processed, an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details will be sent to your order address.

Multiple Package Shipments

Larger corporate or bulk garment orders may arrive in multiple cartons depending on item volume and weight. Tracking details will reflect all associated master tracking numbers.

Address Changes

Address modifications can be accommodated prior to proof approval. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, address updates are subject to carrier rerouting fees.
